I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE how our school jumps on the bandwagon so fucking fast it pisses me off. They get one little taste of being worth something and able to do shit about it and blow it out of proportion. The shitty little trends also piss me off. Champlin Park is so unoriginal, mindless, and biased.

All these little kiddies are screaming KONY 2012 LETS POST POSTERS and trying to raise awareness about a organization they no nothing about, and have taken little time to research. The cause is good, and it’s nice to see so many people wanting to change stuff, but honestly that 30 minute video was a pure advertisement that has clearly captivated so many people. 

1. InvisibleChildren spends their donations poorly

- Most donations go to staff salaries and travel expenses

- 32% of donations were actually used for services oh and btw they made $8,676,614 last year.

2. InvisibleChildren  supports the Uganda goverment which is just as bad as the LRA and have been tied with rape and looting

3. Obama has already attempted to attack the LRA multiple times (AFRICOM)

4. Kony hasn’t been active nor around since 2006

 1) So according to the theory of relativity and E=MC^2 , as you approach the speed of light time slows down. 

2) So if you can you can fly around the earth at the speed of light for awhile and stop then you have time travel.

3) Which brings me to this. If a runner runs 6 days a week at about 7mph for an hour every day for 30 years you get a lot of distance. Lets convert that to meters.

Phsyics hurts my head x-x not the distance x time thing but the actual hard to wrap your head around things. I just watched a lot of vids on dark matter and dark energy and quantum physics and more energy and AHHHHHHH. My head hurts x-x. 

So I was thinking…People tend to do thing’s they’re told not to or are restricted to such as drugs, drinking, bad words, or pulling their siblings hair. In my opinion people “break” the rules because we are curious and want to know why said is bad or just to do bad because were told said is bad. But what was bad, isn’t it all just personal preference of what a person doesn’t like? Every culture around the world has different “goods” and “bads” and “rights” and “wrongs”. So what if a society was to be created that only taught right (Right that is generally accepted around the world)? A society where drugs, violence, hate, profanity, sex, porn, drinking, over eating, etc, were never introduced to anyone (Along with no outside contact)? How would people know what wrong was if they never were taught wrong? Would some one ever consider doing drugs if they never knew what it was? What about producing/watching porn? Or over eating if they were always taught to watch their intake? Would anyone know to steal if there was no money and all you had to do was tell the clerk you have the item? If some one was never told not to pull their siblings hair would they know what pulling their hair is? My mind is blown T_T I over think things…I always have so many questions.

Questions on Religion and Why I’m Atheist.

Reading all the religious debate stuff on tumblr got my thinking why I’m atheist. I’m not to good at writing well constructed sentences so what ever o.e

I don’t see why a perfectly moral person who’s done good all their life and is atheist or of another religion get’s damned to hell just because they aren’t Christain. Why wouldn’t they go to heaven?

In hard times, I hear Christains say that God is testing them. I don’t understand this? Why would God test someone? Isn’t their faith enough? But if some one is going to kill you and you’re praying your heart out, then I really doubt you’re going to live. And if you lose your Job and pray and work hard in searching for a new job. Then I beleive that your hard work and determination is the key you found a new job not god. I understand that losing your job and being at point blank range of a gun held by a murderous person are two extremely different things and hard to compare to each other. So if God created everything and everyone wouldn’t it be pointless to test peoples faith?

Which brings me to my next thought. Predestination. Building off the top two things. If god created everything, then isn’t your whole life planned out? Where does “free will” come into play? Why are we free to choose wether or not to follow christianity? If predestination really does exist, does that mean that random names are pulled out of a hat thus determining weither or not we go to hell or heave? That just seems pointless and a very unreasonable, unloving god.

Which means there has to be free will and a very cruel Christian god. What all powerful diety would unleash disease, famine, war, crime, corruption, death, sadness, and all these horrible things on us humans. Yes there is good things in the world, but more then not bad things keep occurring weither your Christian or Atheist or what ever you are. 

Since I’m Atheist everyone jumps to conclusions that I beleive in the big bang and evolution. I think evolution is more likely to occur, given all the laws of nature and proof of how things perform compared to a deity creating life. But I haven’t seen evolution happen and the only recorded appearance of “God” showing up is in the bible which is thousands of years old. And the big bang theory. I think not.

Ap Euro has convinced that religion is made up to give the lower class a sence of belonging and common bond. With that bond the church can easily control the masses of people and have them bend at their will. The great schism and all these “Divine Monarchs” and wars on religion just make me think, how can some one beleive in any of this? Not only that more religions sprouted from Catholicism such as lutherans, anabaptists, calvanists, puritans (English calvanists I beleive?), church of england, ect…And the indulgence crap, salem which trials. Plus people weren’t that educated AT ALL untill late industrial revolution and scientific revolution so I don’t trust the bible as a primary resource.

The only possible religions I’d be able to accept would be deism or angosticism. As they have no set god, they just beleive that there’s something else out there. If there a god I’m sure as hell not beleiving what a human has come up with. 

As of now I am a happy athiest. I’ve had my ups and downs in life just like anyone else religious or not. I have almost everything I want, I get good grades, have good friends, have a good girl friend (who is religious may I add), and a good family even though I complain way too much about my mom.

I know this was a HUGE attack on christianity but I also don’t beleive in the other religions around the world. I don’t know why I wrote so much as Britta and Beth are the only followers I have x) I don’t wana offend anyone cus I know what I wrote isn’t that well thought out, biased, and is only an opinion so I appology in advance. I don’t really wana argue with anyone, I just wana know their side.
